Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Jr. Billing Engineer to handle quantity measurements, BOQ, billing documentation, and coordination with site and project teams. The candidate should have good knowledge of civil construction and strong numerical and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify quantities as per approved drawings and BOQ.
- Prepare measurement sheets based on actual site work.
- Assist in preparing client RA Bills and Final Bills.
- Verify contractor and subcontractor bills against executed work.
- Check quantities, rates, and supporting documents before billing.




- Coordinate with site engineers and contractors for billing requirements.
- Assist in quantity take-offs and rate analysis.
- Prepare quantity reconciliation and variation statements.
- Maintain accurate billing records, measurement sheets, and documentation.
- Support material reconciliation and project cost-control activities.
