Role Overview

We are looking for a Jr / Sr. Career Advisor - US IT Staffing who is passionate about working with people and helping technology professionals achieve their career goals.

The role involves understanding candidates' skills, experience, interests, career aspirations, and job preferences and guiding them toward suitable opportunities within the US IT market.

The Career Advisor will work closely with candidates and internal recruitment teams to provide career guidance, profile optimization, interview preparation, job-search support, and continuous assistance throughout the hiring process.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Visnagar, Gujarat, and requires working a night shift aligned with US business hours.

Key Responsibility

- Conduct one-on-one career counseling sessions and understand candidates' career goals, expectations, and preferences.
- Evaluate candidate profiles, technical skills, professional experience, and interests to identify suitable US IT opportunities.
- Maintain a professional, supportive, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Guide candidates regarding career paths, job requirements, industry expectations, and opportunities within the US technology market.




- Assist candidates with resume and LinkedIn profile optimization.
- Provide interview preparation, coaching, and professional guidance.
- Develop effective job-search strategies based on individual candidate profiles and career objectives.
- Coordinate with recruitment and marketing teams to understand current job requirements and identify suitable opportunities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and track candidate progress throughout the hiring process.
- Follow up regularly with candidates and provide timely updates regarding opportunities, applications, interviews, and next steps.
- Develop individualized career development plans based on candidates' professional goals.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with candidates.
- Support candidates throughout the interview and hiring process, including preparation and offer discussions.
- Participate in candidate engagement activities, workshops, training sessions, and information sessions when required.
- Identify opportunities to improve career counseling strategies, processes, and candidate-support tools.

Qualifications

- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of career counseling, career development, and career management.
- Ability to understand candidate profiles and guide them toward suitable career opportunities.
- Experience in staffing, recruiting, counseling, sales, business development, customer service, or other candidate-facing roles is preferred.
- Exposure to US IT staffing, recruitment, or the US technology job market is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site and collaborative environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources,



Counseling, or any other related field is preferred.
