- Ensure all design, development, engineering, and manufacturing activities are executed correctly using appropriate tools, techniques, materials, and processes.
- Follow established procedures for conducting quality tests on electronic components.
- Create, update, and maintain Quality Plans for all standard products as well as customized solutions.
- Support the effective implementation of the QMS by establishing best practices, monitoring quality performance, and controlling non-conformities and deviations found during inspections.
- Develop sampling strategies using attribute, variable, and sequential sampling methods.
- Prepare detailed quality reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data, and provide improvement recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support quality objectives and project outcomes.
- Conduct periodic vendor evaluations and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure timely calibration and proper maintenance of all measuring and testing instruments.
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies,



and oversee implementation.
- Create and maintain inspection checklists based on product and process requirements.
- Review both hardware and software product specifications to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain 5S standards in Production, Workshop, and Stores areas.
- Monitor rejection and rework trends and take actions to reduce them.
- Maintain the Non-Conformance (NC) register and perform Root Cause Analysis when required.
- Ensure that all products and deliverables meet quality expectations before dispatch.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager or Management as needed.
