Requirements

- Any Degree / Diploma
- Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM & Tele Marketing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM and customer management
- Robust customer-handling and follow-up skills
- Female candidates are preferred

Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls and inquiries
- Follow up with leads and existing customers
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM
- Support marketing and telemarketing activities
- Communicate product and service information to customers
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams
- Maintain call records and customer feedback
