Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the engineering industry.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Building & Electrical Maintenance.
- Utility Operation & Maintenance.
- Handling and monitoring of ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) and STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) operations.
- Experience in managing AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and warranty-related activities.
- Vendor coordination and follow-up.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Maintenance planning, documentation, and record keeping.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
