We are looking for a Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting and financial activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, handling accounting entries, assisting with invoices and payments, and supporting the Accounts team in regular financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and transactions.
- Record purchase, sales, receipt and payment entries.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers and bills.
- Handle cash and bank transactions and maintain records.
- Perform bank reconciliation and assist in account reconciliation.
- Maintain ledger accounts and supporting documents.
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Assist with GST-related accounting and documentation.
- Verify bills, invoices and other financial documents.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounts records.
- Assist in preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding bills,
payments and accounting information.
- Support the senior accountant/Accounts Manager in routine accounting activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Com / Graduate in Commerce preferred.
- Basic to positive knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Good data entry and documentation skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Previous experience in accounting will be an advantage.
Experience 1–2 years of relevant experience.

- Tally / Tally Prime
- MS Excel
- GST basics
- Bank reconciliation
- Ledger maintenance
- Invoice and voucher preparation
- Basic knowledge of payroll/accounts documentation
Salary ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Bonus
(Negotiable based on experience and skills.)
