Hiring: Customer Support Executive BESTBUY US Voice Process

Job Type: 3 Months Contract Role

Process: BESTBUY US Voice Process

Work Location: Marathahalli, Bengaluru

Shift: US Shift

Experience: Freshers

Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate

Communication: Good spoken English required

Cab Facility: Two-way cab available

Salary & Compensation

- Monthly Salary: 19,000
- Additional Contract Benefit: 9,000 per month
- Total Monthly Earning: Up to 28,000
- 9,000 benefit will be paid at the end of the 3-month contract, as per company terms.

Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through voice support.
- Assist customers with BESTBUY product and service-related queries.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Resolve customer issues as per process guidelines.
- Provide skilled and customer-focused support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow company policies,



quality standards, and process guidelines.

Eligibility
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 12th Pass / Any Graduate candidates can apply.
- Good spoken English and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in US shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
