Role Overview

Clock Edge Technologies is looking for an experienced Resource Augmentation Lead to lead end-to-end recruitment delivery for engineering and technology requirements. The role will own client requirements, sourcing strategy, team delivery, candidate quality, interview coordination, offer management and successful deployment, with a strong focus on TAT, conversion and client satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Delivery

· Own client requirements from receipt to successful deployment.

· Understand technical skills, experience, budget, location and notice-period expectations.

· Develop sourcing strategies and prioritize critical requirements.

· Ensure timely submission of relevant and quality profiles.

· Review and validate profiles before client submission.

· Drive requirements through screening, interview, selection, offer and onboarding.

· Maintain talent pipelines for recurring and niche requirements.

· Lead and mentor RA Executives, Trainees and Interns.

· Allocate requirements based on priority and recruiter capability.

· Define daily/weekly sourcing and submission targets.

· Conduct requirement, pipeline and closure reviews.

· Monitor recruiter productivity and profile quality.

· Support the team in closing niche and difficult positions.

· Drive accountability for TAT, quality and closures.

· Act as the recruitment SPOC for assigned client accounts.

· Participate in requirement and hiring review meetings.

· Clarify JDs and technical requirements with client stakeholders.

· Coordinate profile submissions and interview schedules.

· Follow up on interview feedback and selection status.

· Provide regular pipeline and recruitment status updates.





· Build strong relationships with Talent Acquisition, HR, Hiring Managers and Technical Teams.

· Ensure effective candidate screening covering:

· Maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.

· Coordinate interviews, documentation and offer discussions.

· Follow up with selected candidates through their notice period.

· Minimize interview no-shows, offer declines and joining dropouts.

· Ensure smooth onboarding and successful deployment.

Technology Hiring Exposure The RA Lead will manage requirements across:

Semiconductor & VLSI | FPGA & SoC | Embedded Systems | Electronics | Software Development | AI & Data Science | Automotive | IoT & Edge Computing | Industrial Automation | Engineering & R&D;

· Strong experience in Resource Augmentation / Technical Recruitment.

· Excellent sourcing and candidate-screening capabilities.

· Ability to understand engineering and technology requirements.

· Experience handling multiple client requirements simultaneously.

· Strong client and stakeholder-management skills.

· Team leadership and mentoring capabilities.

· Strong negotiation and candidate-engagement skills.

· Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, job portals and recruitment databases.

· Valuable recruitment MIS and reporting skills.

· Strong verbal and written communication.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification: BE/B.Tech / MBA preferred.

Experience: 4–7 Years in Resource Augmentation, Technical Recruitment, Engineering Staffing, IT Staffing or Talent Acquisition.

Experience in Engineering, Semiconductor, Embedded, Software or Technology Recruitment and prior team-handling experience will be preferred.
