- Handle candidates visiting the office and candidates contacting us through calls.
- Understand candidates' qualifications, experience, and career requirements.
- Explain available job opportunities, job descriptions, eligibility, salary, and other relevant details.
- Provide proper job and career counseling.
- Convert interested candidates into registrations.
- Follow up with candidates and maintain valuable communication.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team.
Eligibility
- Previous experience in job consultancy, recruitment, or job counseling is required.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to explain job opportunities clearly.
- Telugu & English communication skills preferred.
- Only experienced candidates are eligible.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
