Greetings!

We are looking for an experienced Civil professional for its Central Tenders Team at Head Office, Hyderabad, with strong experience in tendering, estimation and technical-commercial evaluation for large EPC / Infrastructure / Construction projects.

Location: Head Office, Hyderabad Department: Central Tenders Experience: 15 - 22 Years Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Civil activities for pre-bid and tendering of major projects.
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQ and scope of work.
- Prepare / review quantity take-offs, estimates, BOQ, rate analysis and cost inputs.
- Analyse technical and commercial requirements of tenders and identify risks, deviations and opportunities.
- Coordinate with Design, Planning, Contracts, Commercial, Procurement and Project teams.
- Coordinate with consultants / clients and obtain necessary technical clarifications.




- Support preparation of competitive and technically compliant tender submissions.
- Provide inputs for tender strategy, value engineering and cost optimisation.
- Guide the tender team in technical evaluation and finalisation of estimates.

Requirements:

- B.E. / B.Tech Civil Engineering.
- 15–22 years of relevant experience, preferably in EPC / Infrastructure / Construction companies.
- Strong experience in Civil Tendering, Estimation, BOQ, Quantity Take-off and Rate Analysis.
- Experience in handling large-value EPC / Infrastructure tenders preferred.
- Good knowledge of construction methodology, specifications and contractual requirements.
- Solid analytical, coordination and negotiation skills.
