Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Engineer (Architect) – Java to lead the technical design and development of complex enterprise solutions.

The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Java, Kafka, AngularJS, JavaScript, and Python, along with proven experience in software architecture, solution design, technical leadership, and mentoring engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Translate business and non-functional requirements into technical specifications and scalable solution designs.
- Lead the technical design and development of complex solutions across multiple teams.
- Review and approve technical designs and ensure appropriate architecture and design patterns are followed.
- Apply expert knowledge of the technology stack and software engineering principles to solve complex business problems.
- Lead discovery phases for medium to large projects and develop high-level designs, POCs, and prototypes.
- Design robust, scalable, reliable, and cost-effective enterprise applications.
- Investigate, debug,



and resolve complex technical and production issues.
- Drive root-cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
- Mentor software engineers and promote clean coding, testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
- Develop frameworks, accelerators, and engineering practices to improve solution quality and developer productivity.
- Participate in functional, non-functional, automation, and performance testing activities.
- Monitor engineering metrics related to scalability, reliability, quality, and performance.
- Contribute to technical debt remediation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, solution architects, QA, infrastructure, security, and other technology stakeholders.

Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of overall software engineering experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Architecture experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Java and enterprise application development.
- Strong experience with Kafka and event-driven/distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with AngularJS and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with Python.
- Strong understanding of HLD, LLD, design patterns, scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Experience with technical design reviews and architecture governance.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, RCA, and production support experience.
- Experience mentoring developers and providing technical direction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Dubai Relocation Requirement This is a fully onsite opportunity in Dubai, with 5 days of work from office.
