MaxRidge Private Limited is looking for an experienced Java Technical Lead to join our growing technology team. We are looking for a strong technical qualified who can design scalable Java solutions, lead engineering teams, mentor developers, and drive technical excellence across projects. Location: Noida/Remote, India; Work mode: Hybrid; Employment type: Full Time; Experience: 8+ years.

Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Java developers
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications
- Drive technical architecture and solution design
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and microservices
- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding best practices
- Troubleshoot complex production and performance issues
- Work closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and Engineering teams
- Participate in technical discussions, planning, and estimations
- Ensure project delivery, code quality, security, and performance
- Support team members with technical guidance and problem-solving
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders

Requirements





- 8+ years of professional experience in Java development
- Strong expertise in Core Java
- Hands-on experience with Java 8+
- Strong experience with Spring Boot Spring Framework
- Excellent understanding of REST APIs Microservices
- Strong knowledge of Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling, and JVM concepts
- Good experience with SQL and relational databases
- Experience with Kafka / Redis is an advantage
- Understanding of Spring Security and authentication/authorization
- Strong experience with Git and Agile development
- Proven team handling and mentoring experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar is an added advantage
