Key Responsibilities

Design and develop high-availability, low-latency telecom applications.

Lead and mentor a team of Java developers.

Design and develop scalable Spring Boot Microservices.

Work with Kafka for event-driven applications and real-time data processing.

Implement and manage Redis for caching and data storage.





Contribute to scalable and robust architecture design.

Troubleshoot and optimize application performance.

Conduct code reviews and ensure coding best practices.

Participate in Agile/Scrum activities including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical telecom applications.

Required Experience

Strong hands-on experience in Java & Spring Boot

Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture

Experience with Kafka and Redis

Valuable knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL

Strong architectural and problem-solving skills

Experience in Telecom domain, particularly PCC / PCF / PCRF, is mandatory.

Understanding of 3G/4G/5G networks and 3GPP specifications
