We are looking for a Java Backend Developer with strong experience in Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, JPA and REST APIs. The candidate should have hands-on coding experience and exposure to the Financial Services / Banking domain.

Primary Skills

- Strong coding experience in Java / J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, JPA and JSON
- Experience with Web Services, SOA, REST, HTTP and Microservices
- Exposure to Eventing frameworks
- Experience with Eclipse/IDE tools and UML/Modelling tools
- Experience working with Oracle Database
- Hands-on experience with JUnit and JMeter
- Exposure to Financial Services / Banking domain
- Ability to lead and guide a small team of developers
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and geographies

- Design, develop, test, integrate and deploy Java applications
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Perform software analysis, programming, testing and debugging

- Support testing cycles as per customer/project requirements and timelines
- Follow defined development standards, tools, processes and change-control procedures
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, status reports and project deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different locations/geographies
- Ensure deliverables meet required quality, audit and compliance standards
