Role Summary

Lead and manage a team of Java Fullstack developers working with ReactJS. Oversee the design, development, and delivery of scalable and maintainable web applications. Ensure adherence to software development best practices and mentor team members.

What Youll Do

- Lead the development and delivery of full-stack Java applications using ReactJS and Spring Boot
- Define technical solutions and provide guidance to cross-functional teams
- Write high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines
- Identify and implement improvements for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
- Mentor and coach team members on technical and soft skills

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):




- Experience leading and managing a team of Java Fullstack (React) developers
- Expertise in Java programming and ReactJS for front-end development
