nWe are seeking a results-oriented Plant Operations Manager to lead dairy plant operations with a robust focus on production excellence, cost optimization, and statutory compliance.
nThis role is responsible for ensuring seamless plant functioning, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, driving operational efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business targets.
nKey Responsibilities

- Oversee plant maintenance to ensure uninterrupted operationsn
- Monitor material balance, procurement, production, and sales through ERP/SAPn
- Control process losses and optimize energy & cost efficiencyn
- Manage inventory, stores, packing material, and SMP consumptionn
- Drive expense control and effective resource utilizationn




- Lead manpower planning, performance management, and training initiativesn
- Address internal audit observations and ensure insurance compliancen
