Key Responsibilities:

- Package, deploy, and validate Azul Zulu using SCCM, Intune, Tanium, or similar tools.

- Perform Java migration, removal of legacy Java versions, and post-installation validation.

- Troubleshoot deployment failures, installation conflicts, environment variables, and application launch issues.

- Support Java Web Start/application compatibility using IcedTea-Web where required.

- Conduct pre/post-migration health checks and resolve user-impacting issues.

- Maintain deployment evidence, exception logs, rollback details, and handover documentation.

- Coordinate with application, security, service desk, and project teams to ensure smooth migration waves.

Required Skills:

- Strong Windows Endpoint/Desktop Support experience in an enterprise environment.

- Hands-on experience with SCCM/Intune/Tanium and software packaging/deployment.

- Valuable understanding of Java runtime installation, configuration, versions, environment variables, and dependencies.

- Strong troubleshooting and incident-management skills.

- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred: Experience in enterprise Java migration, application compatibility, or endpoint transformation projects.
