Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Java/AWS Microservices Developer to design, build, and support cloud-native applications running on AWS.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on engineer who can quickly contribute to the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of distributed microservices operating at scale.

Minimum Requirements Candidates should demonstrate strong experience in the following areas:
- 7+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java 21 and Spring Boot.
- Strong experience designing and developing REST APIs.
- Experience with AWS cloud-native application development.
- Experience building and supporting microservices in production environments.
- Robust troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support experience.
- Experience working within Agile delivery teams.
- Robust understanding of software engineering best practices and secure coding principles.

Preferred Experience Experience with one or more of the following technologies is highly desirable:

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java 21 microservices and REST APIs.
- Build and support cloud-native applications running on AWS.
- Develop scalable and secure software solutions following engineering best practices.
- Implement automated testing and CI/CD practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Participate in technical design discussions and Agile ceremonies.
- Deliver secure, scalable, maintainable, and well-tested software.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, product owners, and platform teams to deliver business outcomes.
