Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications using Core Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Kafka, Microservices, and AWS.
- Build and enhance enterprise-grade APIs, backend services, and distributed applications.
- Develop event-driven solutions and messaging systems using Kafka to support scalable business processes.
- Design, develop, and deploy microservices-based applications with a focus on reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
- Develop cloud-native solutions and support application deployment, monitoring, and optimization within AWS environments.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions that support scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Ensure code quality through best practices, peer reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and production incidents.
- Contribute to the modernization and optimization of existing applications and platforms.
- Support CI/CD practices and promote engineering excellence across the development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior team members and actively participate in knowledge-sharing activities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and implementation guidelines.




- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.Utilize AI-assisted capabilities for code generation, refactoring, debugging, documentation, test case creation, and development acceleration.
- Demonstrate practical experience integrating AI-assisted development workflows into daily software engineering activities while maintaining coding standards, security, and quality best practices.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging AI-driven engineering practices that improve software quality, developer productivity, and delivery efficiency.

Required Experience The successful candidate should have:

- 5+ years of experience in backend application development within enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience building scalable, distributed, and high-performing applications.
- Proven expertise in Java-based backend development and modern application architectures.
- Experience working with event-driven systems, service-oriented architectures, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, object-oriented design, and design patterns.
- Experience developing and maintaining enterprise APIs and backend services.




- Exposure to cloud-native development practices and modern deployment methodologies.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience using AI-powered developer tools as part of the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive solutions independently.
