? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Provide application / production support for enterprise Java applications

? Monitor applications and troubleshoot production issues & incidents

? Analyze logs, identify root causes and resolve application issues

? Troubleshoot data synchronization and integration issues

? Work with SQL queries, stored procedures and relational databases

? Support REST APIs and Spring/Spring Boot-based applications

? Monitor application performance and identify bottlenecks

? Work with cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes

? Support Verint WFM / Workforce Optimization applications

➕ JavaScript / TypeScript / React exposure

➕ Python or Shell scripting

➕ Containerization / Cloud-native technologies

➕ Experience with enterprise monitoring & support tools

? WHO CAN APPLY?

Professionals with 3–7 years of experience in Java Application Support / Production Support , with strong SQL knowledge and exposure to Verint WFM / Workforce Optimization environments.

? Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field preferred.
