Key Responsibilities

- Accompany the Managing Director during customer visits and business meetings.
- Interpret business discussions and technical conversations from Japanese to English and vice versa.
- Support communication between Japanese management and local customers.
- Prepare and deliver presentations in Japanese and English.
- Gradually take ownership of customer presentations and product introductions independently.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and support sales expansion activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and sales-related documentation.

Required Qualifications JLPT N3 or above (mandatory).




- Experience in manufacturing industry sales, technical sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Experience in interpretation or working directly with Japanese management is highly preferred
- Fresh candidates with solid Japanese communication skills and presentation ability may also be considered.
- Preferred Candidate Profile Age: Approximately 27–35 years.
- Strong presentation and communication skill
- Confidence in speaking before customers and management
- Interest in technical products and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to build customer relationships and support business growth.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to travel as required
