Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Ivalua Configurator to join our team and take ownership of Ivalua configuration, implementation, enhancement, and support activities. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with the Ivalua platform, procurement processes, and integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and customize the Ivalua platform based on business and procurement requirements.
- Work on end-to-end configuration across modules such as Procurement, Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contract Management, and Spend Management.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Ivalua configurations and solutions.
- Configure workflows, approval processes, business rules, forms, fields, dashboards, and notifications.
- Support integration of Ivalua with ERP systems such as SAP and other enterprise applications.
- Analyze functional requirements and prepare technical/functional specifications.
- Perform configuration, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Ivalua solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, developers, and integration teams.
- Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend suitable Ivalua solutions.
- Handle production issues and provide root-cause analysis and resolution.
- Participate in solution design, effort estimation,



and implementation planning.
- Prepare and maintain configuration and technical documentation.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance where required.

Preferred candidate profile 10-15 years of overall IT/enterprise application experience, with strong experience in Ivalua.

- Hands-on experience in Ivalua configuration and implementation.
- Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and procurement processes.
- Experience with Ivalua modules such as:

- Supplier Management

- Sourcing

- Procurement

- Contract Management

- Spend Management

- Invoicing / P2P
- Strong knowledge of workflows, business rules, approval hierarchies, forms, and Ivalua configuration.
- Experience integrating Ivalua with SAP/ERP systems.
- Good understanding of APIs, web services, and enterprise application integrations.
- Experience in testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Ivalua certification is an added advantage.
- Experience working on large-scale global implementations.
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in procurement transformation or Source-to-Pay projects.
