- Install, assemble, dismantle, and service mechanical machines and equipment.

- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery.

- Identify mechanical faults and troubleshoot machines to minimize production downtime.

- Inspect machine components such as bearings, shafts, gears, chains, belts, couplings, rollers, pumps, valves, and pneumatic components.

- Perform fitting, alignment, adjustment, lubrication, and replacement of mechanical parts.

- Attend breakdown calls from the production department and restore machines safely and quickly.

- Conduct routine inspection of machines and identify potential mechanical problems.

- Support installation and commissioning of current machinery and equipment.

- Read and understand basic mechanical drawings, machine manuals, and assembly drawings.

- Carry out fabrication, drilling, grinding, cutting, and basic fitting work whenever required.





- Maintain proper records of breakdowns, repairs, spare parts used, and preventive maintenance activities.

- Coordinate with the Production and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth machine operation.

- Check and maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems used in production equipment.

- Assist senior engineers in machine modification, improvement, and maintenance projects.

- Ensure proper use and storage of tools, equipment, and maintenance spares.

- Follow company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and maintenance work instructions.

- Maintain good housekeeping around the maintenance and production areas.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
