- Good knowledge of Fitter trade theory and practical work.
- Ability to operate and demonstrate workshop tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of engineering drawing and basic measurement techniques.
- Knowledge of workshop safety practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical problems.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining training records and documentation.
