Key Requirements

✔ In-depth knowledge of IVR Testing and Engineering ✔ Extensive experience in testing Contact Center solutions, specifically Amazon Connect ✔ Robust understanding of end-to-end testing processes for Contact Center products ✔ Experience with call flows, routing strategies, IVR validation, and customer journey testing ✔ Hands-on exposure to defect management, test planning, and execution ✔ Experience working in Banking domain projects is preferred

? Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills ? Experience in functional, integration, and end-to-end testing ? Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
