We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional to join our team as an IT VMO Mergers & Acquisitions Coordinator. The role supports the IT and telecom aspects of M&A; activity, with a focus on vendor management, contract administration, and integration readiness.

Position Details

Location: India Remote

Experience: 2-6 years

Employment Type: Contract (12 months)

Working Hours: USA Pacific Time Zone overlap required; core hours of 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM IST

Key Responsibilities

- Support IT and telecom contract management throughout the M&A; lifecycle
- Conduct IT due diligence and identify potential integration risks
- Coordinate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment across workstreams
- Review contract terms and assess merger-related risks




- Support IT integration activities and post-merger operations
- Maintain project documentation and governance records

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in vendor management and contract administration
- Background in M&A; or IT integration support
- Familiarity with contract management platforms such as Ironclad, Coupa, or Ariba
- Understanding of purchase order (PO) and invoice processes
- Working knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM)
- Robust communication and analytical skills

Education Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
