IT Technician

Location: Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (documented/on paper)

Job Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related queries.
- Set up and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and other networking devices.
- Install and update operating systems, applications, antivirus software, and drivers.
- Perform regular system maintenance, backups, and basic security checks.
- Maintain records of IT assets, equipment, and technical issues.
- Coordinate with vendors/service providers when required.




- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization's IT infrastructure.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant IT Technician/Desktop Support experience on paper.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, networking, routers, and switches.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple technical issues and provide timely support.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
