Responsibilities

- Install and configure Windows, Linux, Unix, and other operating systems.

- Install and configure software and applications on laptops and desktops.

- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and system-related issues.

- Provide day-to-day IT support to employees.

- Manage and maintain company laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment.

- Maintain and update IT hardware inventory and asset records.

- Set up systems and required software for recent employees.

- Handle IT asset collection during employee exits.

- Install antivirus, updates, and security patches.

- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair and other IT services.

- Ensure all company systems are working properly and are up to date.
