Qualification : Any Technical Graduate (Preferably in IT/Computers) . Computer Hardware and Networking certification is good to have.Key Responsibilities:

- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot operating system errors (Windows, macOS,



Linux).
- Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
- Assist users with software installations, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation of support requests.
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex technical problems.
- Ensure data security and backup solutions are in place.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns and ensure smooth operation.
- Diagnose technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions.

Pay: ₹9,505.35 - ₹40,175.27 per month
