Purpose of the Role

Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, developing business opportunities, managing key accounts, and selling Sastrageek's IT Services portfolio including Microsoft, SAP, Digital Transformation, Staffing, Support Services, and Consulting.

Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development

- Identify and generate recent business opportunities.
- Prospect potential clients through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and market research.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations.

Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand business challenges and propose suitable solutions.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure client satisfaction.

Revenue & Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Convert leads into business opportunities.




- Track and report sales performance.

Proposal & Contract Management
- Prepare commercial proposals.
- Participate in negotiations.
- Coordinate contract closures and onboarding.

Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitors.
- Identify emerging market opportunities.
- Share market insights with leadership.
