We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented IT Services Sales professional to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and selling IT services and solutions to businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, referrals, and market research.

- Generate leads and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.

- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT services and solutions.

- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial quotations.

- Conduct client meetings, product/service demonstrations, and negotiations.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements.

- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports.

- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.





- Develop long-term client partnerships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in IT Services / Technology Sales.

- Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, cloud, digital transformation, or related technology offerings.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong business development and lead-generation capabilities.

- Ability to engage with CXO-level and senior decision-makers.

- Robust commercial and client-management skills.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
