Job Title: IT Recruiter (Remote)

Job Type: Full-time | Remote

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹13,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team and help us source and hire excellent talent for IT roles. This is a remote position suited to someone who has already worked in IT recruitment and is comfortable managing the end-to-end hiring process independently.

Responsibilities

- Source candidates for various IT roles through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video screening calls
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
- Ensure timely follow-up and a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process




- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and update job descriptions as needed

Requirements

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment (mandatory)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory)
- Good understanding of IT roles, technical skill sets, and sourcing techniques
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Education

- Any graduate (HR/Business background preferred, not mandatory)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
