Location: Bangalore (Prestige Tech park) - Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other channels.

Handle hiring for Adobe technologies, including Adobe Commerce and Adobe Experience Cloud roles.

Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within timelines.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in IT recruitment.

Strong knowledge and experience in Adobe technology stack hiring.

Experience in sourcing and hiring technical professionals.

Valuable understanding of technical roles and IT skill sets.
