We are looking for an IT Recruiter Cum RPO for our client location in LTM, Mahape, Navi Mumbai.- Immediate joiner

Job Details:

- Role: IT Recruiter Cum RPO
- Experience: 2 to 5 Years
- Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai
- Work Model: Hybrid
- Employment Type: Contract
- Initial Contract: 6 Months( will get extended )
- Extension: Contract will be extended every 6 months based on performance
- Role Mix: 80% RPO/Recruitment Operations & Client Handling + 20% Recruitment
- Compensation: Fixed Salary + 2500/- every joiner

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment activities.
- Handle recruitment operations and day-to-day RPO activities.
- Coordinate closely with the client and manage client requirements.
- Understand hiring requirements and ensure timely fulfilment.
- Manage candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and follow-ups.




- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers and hiring reports.
- Drive recruitment performance and ensure SLA/TAT adherence.
- Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.

Required Skills:

- 25 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.
- Positive understanding of IT hiring and recruitment processes.
- Strong client-handling and communication skills.
- Experience in recruitment operations/RPO will be preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and stakeholders independently.
