Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source top talent for permanent hiring positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.

- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the .

- Coordinate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with a shortlist of suitable candidates for consideration.

- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding current hires.

Job Requirements :

- 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field (C2H/Contract-to-Hire) and FTE roles

- Strong understanding of technical recruitment processes including end-to-end recruitment lifecycle management.

- Proficiency in domestic staffing/IT hiring/IT staffing/permanent hiring/talent acquisition.
