Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and technically capable IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations, provide technical support to employees, and ensure smooth functioning of the company's computers, network, software, and other IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting to employees.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, internet, Wi-Fi, LAN, and network-related issues.
- Manage company email accounts, software applications, and user access.
- Maintain proper records of IT assets, systems, and equipment.
- Assist with data backup, security, antivirus, and system updates.
- Coordinate with internet, software, hardware, and other IT service providers when required.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office IT infrastructure.
- Maintain basic IT documentation and prepare reports as required.




- Monitor and maintain office printers, CCTV, biometric systems, and other technology equipment.
- Support employees with basic technical training and system-related queries.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company data, passwords, and digital information.
- Perform other IT-related duties assigned by Management.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, Windows, MS Office, and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to learn and take responsibility for day-to-day IT operations.
- Candidates with prior IT support experience will be preferred.
