Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Executive to manage and support the company's IT infrastructure, hardware, software, network systems, and user support requirements. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations and minimizing system downtime across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.

- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.

- Monitor and maintain internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, and network infrastructure.

- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.

- Install, update, and troubleshoot operating systems and business applications.

- Ensure data backup and recovery procedures are properly maintained.

- Coordinate with external vendors for IT equipment procurement, repairs, and maintenance.

- Maintain inventory records of IT assets and licenses.

- Monitor system security, antivirus software, and cybersecurity practices.

- Set up and support meeting room technology, video conferencing, and communication systems.

- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of company software, CRM, and other operational platforms.

- Document IT procedures,



configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 2–3 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or a similar role.

- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.

- Basic understanding of routers, switches, firewalls, and network security.

- Experience with printer, scanner, and peripheral device management.

- Solid problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with cloud platforms and Microsoft 365 administration.

- Knowledge of CCTV systems, biometric devices, and IP telephony.

- Familiarity with logistics, transportation, or freight brokerage operations is an advantage.
