Role Overview

We are looking for an IT Executive to provide day-to-day IT support and manage IT infrastructure across assigned outlets in the North region.

The role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of networks, systems, hardware, software, business applications, POS systems, CCTV, internet connectivity, and other IT infrastructure across outlets.

The candidate will work closely with outlet teams, the central IT team, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely resolution of IT issues and uninterrupted business operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Infrastructure & Outlet Support

- Manage and monitor day-to-day IT infrastructure across assigned outlets.
- Ensure proper functioning of computers, laptops, printers, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN, and other IT equipment.
- Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware and software.
- Conduct regular IT checks across outlets and identify infrastructure issues.
- Ensure IT equipment is properly maintained and available for business operations.

2. Network & Internet Management

- Troubleshoot internet, Wi-Fi, LAN, router, and connectivity-related issues.
- Coordinate with internet service providers for connectivity problems.
- Monitor network performance and minimize downtime.
- Maintain records of internet connections, devices, and network-related issues.
- Coordinate with vendors for network installation and maintenance.

3. Hardware & Software Support

- Provide first-level technical support to outlet and corporate users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, operating system, software, printer, and peripheral issues.
- Install and configure required applications and software.
- Maintain an updated inventory of IT assets.
- Coordinate repair and replacement of faulty IT equipment.

4. Business-Critical Systems

- Provide technical support for POS, billing, payment systems, appointment systems, and other business-critical applications.
- Coordinate with application vendors and central IT teams for technical issues.




- Ensure critical systems are operational during business hours.
- Track and follow up on unresolved system issues until closure.
- Support technical requirements for new systems or software implementations.

5. CCTV & Security Systems

- Monitor the basic functioning of CCTV and related security systems at outlets.
- Troubleshoot connectivity or display-related CCTV issues.
- Coordinate with CCTV/security vendors for installation, maintenance, and repairs.
- Ensure cameras and recording systems are operational.

6. IT Helpdesk & Issue Resolution

- Handle IT complaints and support requests from outlet employees.
- Prioritize issues based on business impact and urgency.
- Maintain an IT Issue Tracker / Helpdesk Tracker.
- Ensure timely resolution and closure of technical complaints.
- Maintain proper documentation of recurring IT issues and solutions.

7. Vendor Coordination

- Coordinate with external IT vendors, internet service providers, hardware suppliers, and application support teams.
- Follow up on service requests, repairs, installations, and replacements.
- Track vendor commitments and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for vendor payment-related documentation and closure.

8. IT Asset Management

- Maintain records of all IT assets assigned to outlets.
- Track laptops, desktops, printers, routers, switches, CCTV equipment, and other IT assets.
- Maintain asset allocation and movement records.
- Identify damaged, obsolete, or replacement-required equipment.
- Support IT audits and asset verification.

9. New Outlet / Project IT Support

- Support IT setup for new outlets, relocations, renovations, and expansions.
- Coordinate installation of internet, network, computers, POS, printers, CCTV, and other IT requirements.




- Work with vendors and project teams to ensure IT readiness before outlet launch.
- Follow project timelines and ensure timely completion of IT-related activities.

10. IT Security & Compliance

- Follow company IT security policies and procedures.
- Ensure systems have appropriate antivirus/security measures.
- Support password, access, and user-account management as required.
- Report suspicious activities, security incidents, or unauthorized access.
- Ensure company IT assets and information are handled securely.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience: 1–5 years in IT support / IT operations / infrastructure support.
- Good knowledge of LAN/WAN and networking.
- Good knowledge of Wi-Fi, routers, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and POS/business applications.
- Basic understanding of IT security.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Solid communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple IT issues and prioritize based on business requirements.
- Willingness to travel between outlets in the North region.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in retail, salon, hospitality, restaurants, or multi-outlet businesses.
- Experience handling IT support across multiple locations.
- Knowledge of cloud applications and SaaS platforms.
- Basic knowledge of server/network administration.
- Experience coordinating with external IT vendors.

Work Location & Schedule

Work Location: North Region – Base location will be one of the designated North outlets

Working Days: 6 days a week

Weekly Off: Rotational

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Travel: Regular travel between assigned North outlets will be required for IT support, infrastructure checks, new outlet setup, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
