Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end to end testing activities for PEGA based applications and platforms

- Define test strategy test plans test scenarios and test execution approach

- Collaborate with Business Analysts PEGA Developers Architects and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables

- Review user stories business requirements and design specifications for test coverage

- Manage Functional Integration System Regression UAT and End to End Testing

- Validate PEGA workflows case management processes business rules decision tables and integrations

- Lead defect triage meetings and track defects through resolution

- Ensure test deliverables meet project timelines and quality standards

- Mentor and guide QA team members on PEGA testing best practices

- Prepare test reports dashboards metrics and quality KPIs for stakeholders
