Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Compliance Analyst with 12 years of experience to support and maintain the organization’s IT compliance framework. The role involves ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards while assisting in audits, risk assessments, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in implementing and maintaining IT compliance programs, policies, and procedures
- Support internal and external audits (e.g., Internal Audit, Stat. Audit, IS Audit, or other applicable standards)
- Monitor compliance with IT policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain compliance documentation, reports, and audit evidence
- Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to ensure adherence to controls
- Assist in identifying gaps in compliance and recommend corrective actions
- Track and report compliance metrics and status to stakeholders




- Stay updated with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in IT compliance, and IT audit
- Familiarity with IT general controls (ITGC) and risk management concepts
- Solid documentation and reporting skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- CISA/CISM/CISSP/CIPP/ISO/COBIT Key Skills
- Attention to detail
