Google Workspace | AI | Workflow Automation

Join our team and gain hands-on experience in using technology to automate business processes, improve productivity and build smarter workflows.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

- Support and manage Google Workspace applications – Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs, Forms, etc.
- Identify repetitive business processes and explore opportunities for automation.
- Build and maintain automated workflows using Google Workspace and automation platforms.
- Explore and implement AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Work with Google Sheets, Apps Script and other tools to develop simple business solutions.
- Assist in connecting different applications and systems through integrations.
- Work with different teams to understand their requirements and develop technology-based solutions.
- Document processes, workflows and automation solutions.

WHO CAN APPLY?
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience
- Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science,



Engineering, or a related field
- Strong interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies
- Proficient in Google Workspace / MS Office basic Excel/Sheets skills
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving and learning mindset
- Positive communication skills and comfortable with short-term projects

ADVANTAGE IF YOU HAVE
- Exposure to Google Apps Script
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Python or HTML
- Experience with ChatGPT, Gemini or other AI tools
- Familiarity with Zapier, Make or similar automation platforms
- Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks and system integrations
