Roles and Responsibilities :**

- Review patient records, diagnoses, and treatment plans to assign accurate medical codes using CCS (Clinical Coding Standards).
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and guidelines for coding accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve discrepancies in coding or documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.

Job Requirements :

- Certified Medical Scribe qualified with 3-5 years of experience in a hospital setting.
- Strong understanding of medical coding principles, including ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, HCPCS Level II codes.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
