Position: Field Technical Executive (Bhubaneswar and Kolkata)

Salary: INR 20,000 – 25,000 per month plus field expense reimbursement and performance incentives

Employment: On-roll after a standard probation period

Eligibility: Any graduate (Civil Engineering or Diploma preferred);

1–4 years in construction chemicals, waterproofing or cement sales preferred

Field Technical Executive – Job Role (IQsolv, Bhubaneswar & Kolkata)

- Provide on-site technical support to contractors, applicators, and builders using IQsolv waterproofing, heatproofing, and corrosion protection products
- Conduct product demonstrations and application trials at construction sites and dealer premises
- Support the sales team in follow-ups,



site visits, and closing project leads within the assigned area
- Cross-sell complementary products from the IQsolv range during routine site and dealer visits
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, civil engineers, applicators, and material dealers who influence product decisions
- Share regular field reports on competitor activity, customer feedback, and recent project opportunities
- Travel extensively within the assigned zone (Bhubaneswar or Kolkata) to service sites and dealer network
- Communicate effectively in the local language with site-level stakeholder
