Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive IR Compliance Manager to oversee industrial relations, labour law compliance and workforce management across civil industrial projects. The ideal candidate will ensure statutory compliance, maintain harmonious employee relations and support smooth project operations.

Responsibilities

- Manage Industrial Relations, employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

- Manage PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages, Labour Welfare, and Contract Labour compliance.

- Monitor contractor manpower, labour licenses, attendance, wages, and statutory records.

- Coordinate with labour authorities, contractors, employees,



and project management.

- Handle labour disputes, notices, domestic enquiries, and disciplinary proceedings.

- Conduct regular IR Compliance audits and maintain required documentation.

- Prepare compliance MIS and provide regular updates to senior management.
