•Job Responsibilities:
- Handle In-Patient (IP) billing and discharge billing processes.
- Prepare and verify patient bills, including room charges, procedures, medicines, and other services.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing, pharmacy, insurance, and other departments for billing requirements.
- Verify billing details and ensure accurate and timely closure of patient accounts.
- Handle billing queries from patients and attendants and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain billing records and support daily billing reports.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in hospital IP billing.
- Knowledge of hospital billing software and MS Office.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
