· Coordinate with nurses, doctors and other departments for smooth discharge process.

· Maintain positive relationship with the departments directly linked to patient care.

· Greet and communicate with the patients politely.

· Report, resolve, and escalate patient complaints.Intimate the concerned department regarding the complaint.

· Satisfy the patients queries by providing the required information/solutions.

· Meet all patients regularly, ensure their care and ensure that their problems/ complaints are taken care of .

· Enhance the value of services by making the patient and attendant comfortable and familiar with the hospital.

· Ensure smooth patient discharge by working in partnership with different departments, especially Insurance, Billing & Finance.

· Participate in and contribute to departmental quality initiatives.

· Support in data collection and be aware of departmental performance and objectives.

· Adhere to the safety norms of hospital and follow both patient safety and staff safety rules set by Meitra hospital.
