Role Description The IOT Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IoT-based automation solutions for smart warehousing, industrial equipment, and logistics systems. This full-time, on-site role in Gurugram includes integrating sensors, controllers, and industrial hardware, configuring communication protocols, and ensuring reliable data acquisition from field devices. The engineer will develop and optimize control logic for process automation, perform system testing, and conduct root cause analysis to resolve technical issues.





Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate operational requirements into scalable automation architectures, documenting system configurations and workflows, and supporting deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of IoT solutions. The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety standards and contributing to sustainable, energy-productive automation practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Automation and Process Control for industrial and IoT-driven systems.
- Candidates should possess solid Electrical Engineering and Robotics skills for designing and integrating hardware and control systems.
- Candidates should possess effective Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues in automation environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering field.
- BCA , ITI , MCA
- Experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, MQTT, OPC-UA) and PLC/SCADA or IoT platforms.
- Familiarity with embedded systems, microcontrollers, and sensor integration.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, cybersecurity considerations in IoT, and cloud-based data platforms.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and collaboration skills; ability to work on-site in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Experience in supply chain, warehousing, or industrial automation domains is an advantage.
