Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IoT Device Testing Specialist responsible for IoT device testing, hardware validation, troubleshooting, device configuration, firmware testing, and system integration. The role involves testing IoT devices and connected hardware, identifying device-level issues, validating performance and communication, and ensuring reliable operation of IoT systems.

Key Responsibilities

- IoT Device Testing & Hardware Validation
- Perform functional and performance testing of IoT devices.
- Test device communication, connectivity, sensors, modules, and related hardware.
- Identify and troubleshoot device-level hardware issues.
- Validate device functionality against technical specifications.
- Perform firmware testing and firmware updates.
- Record test results and document identified issues.
- Device Configuration & Troubleshooting
- Configure IoT devices before deployment.
- Diagnose device failures, connectivity issues, and communication problems.
- Perform testing after configuration, firmware updates, and maintenance.
- Monitor device performance and identify recurring issues.




- Industrial IoT & Automation
- Test IoT devices used in industrial environments.
- Work with industrial weighing and process automation systems.
- Verify communication between IoT devices and PLC/SCADA systems.
- Work with Modbus, Profibus, and Profinet protocols.
- System Integration
- Test integration between IoT devices, software applications, web portals, and monitoring systems.
- Verify data transmission and device-to-server communication.
- Support deployment and validation of connected IoT systems.
- Database & Application Testing
- Work with MSSQL and MySQL databases.
- Perform basic database-related testing and troubleshooting.
- Verify data received from IoT devices in connected applications.
