Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly end reports, including balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger accounting.
- Perform intercompany reconciliations and fixed asset accounting tasks.
- Ensure accurate record-to-report (RTR) processes are followed for all transactions.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and provide support during peak periods.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-4 years of experience in finance or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in B.B.A. / B.M.S. (Finance), B.Com (Commerce), or equivalent qualification.
- Robust understanding of RTR (Record To Report), R2R (Record To Report), GL Accounting (General Ledger Accounting), Fixed Asset Accounting, Intercompany Accounting, General Ledger (GL), Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Journal Entries.
