Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyze company valuations using appropriate valuation methodologies.

- Develop and maintain detailed financial models, including projections, assumptions, sensitivity analysis and scenario analysis.

- Prepare Information Memorandums (IMs), Corporate Presentations, Pitch Decks and other transaction-related presentations.

- Conduct industry, company and market research to support transaction evaluation and business development.

- Coordinate and assist in organizing investor meetings, management meetings and roadshows.

- Support due diligence activities, including collection, review and analysis of financial, operational and business information.

- Assist in the execution and documentation of live investment banking transactions.

- Analyze financial statements, business performance, industry trends and transaction data.

- Prepare transaction analysis, comparable company analysis and relevant market benchmarking.

- Maintain awareness of current financial markets, business news, corporate developments, regulatory changes and critical industry events.

- Coordinate with clients, investors, internal teams and other transaction stakeholders as required.

- Ensure accuracy and quality of financial analysis,



presentations and transaction documentation.

- Provide analytical support to senior team members throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Financial Modelling and Valuation.

- Good knowledge of financial statements and corporate finance concepts.

- Ability to conduct company, industry and market research.

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

- Excellent proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

- Strong presentation and report-writing skills.

- Ability to analyze large amounts of financial and business information.

- Good understanding of investment banking and transaction processes.

- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple assignments.

Educational Qualification

- MBA / PGDM in Finance, CFA, CA, CA Inter, or equivalent qualification.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business or a related field.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
